Before scoring a new operator, we verify the legal entity, licence, ownership, permitted markets, terms and complaint route. A launch announcement is never treated as proof.
Why early scores may change
Payments, support and account controls need real operating evidence. Early reviews carry a prominent status and are revisited as documented experience becomes available.
No pay-to-rank launches
A commercial agreement cannot place a new casino above a safer or better-tested alternative. Sponsored placement, if ever used, must be clearly separated from rankings.
